This site was made by my friend Andrew, way back in 2007. We were both the owners, but now I'm the only owner. This site use to be a fan club of my cat, Rocky Road for a few months. Later, it became an entertainment type site. Suddenly, it became a mixture of things, RockyRoadRules main focus now is graphics, mostly cat based graphics. This should now give you more of an idea of the name, and how it all began.
